This picture is blurry because it was so windy I couldn't hold the camera steady. But, that is the moon, huge and still pretty high in the sky at 7 a.m.
Here is the view looking toward the east about 10 minutes later.
The sun is coming up. It looks like it is still pretty dark but it wasn't really.
I just thought that was pretty cool.

Beautiful picture - whatever time do you have to get up...I am NOT an early riser by choice! I like you header, but I am glad to see your quilt is still showing :)
