Tablescape Thursday

It's that time again.  One of the days I look forward to so I can learn and get lots of great ideas to use when decorating my home. It's time for Tablescape Thursday.

I needed some versatile dishes that I could use for almost any season. So I hit the after Christmas sale at Wal-mart and was able to snatch up these white dishes with a gold rim for next to nothing.

I also picked up the gold chargers for next to nothing.

The gold glasses were inherited from Mr. paramedic's grandmother. She recieved them as a gift at her 50th wedding anniversary celebration.

Now, I know that everyone wants to spend the evenings visiting beautiful homes. So . . . be sure to visit all of the lovely bloggers who are participating in Tablescape Thursday. A big thanks to Susan at Between Naps on the Porch for hosting this event each week.

A beautiful table -- and congratulations on your bargains. (I saw those chargers at WM . . . and the price!) What beautiful dishes and how lucky you are to have inherited that beautiful crystal!

Beautiful, beautiful table. I love the way you changed things up by laying the flatware over the dishes. Lovely!

I saw those with a silver border and almost got some! What a great find! Since Walmart is the closest thing here, I tend to find a lot of things there I use. Beautiful table and fabulous stemware!!

Oh I loved your table. And what a sweet post script as well thanks for reminding everyone to visit around. I loved your dishes. I am wanting some plain white too. Trying to trade for some. I am glad I got to come by and meet you. I'll hang out awhile.
Hope your day is Blessed,
