Valentines Giveaway

Hello Blogger Friends,

It's hard to believe that we are in the 2nd month of 2010. It is also hard for me to believe that I started my blog over a month ago.

I decided that I wanted to create something for the Valentine season. (Is it a season?) I have been working in my quilting studio (doesn't that sound chic). This is what I started out with.

And this is what I ended up with. See Sew at Home on Pine Ridge for more pictures. The size is 15" x 25".

I have decided to give this table runner to one of my readers. Post a comment to this post and on Sunday, Feb. 14, my husband will draw a lucky number. Cutoff time will be midnight on Feb. 13. The reader that posted the corresponding comment will be the winner.

It's that simple.

Don't forget to stop by Between Naps on the Porch for more Met Monday posts, Talented Tuesday, and Life as Lori for Get Your Craft on Thursday.

Take Care and God Bless!

The heart piece is delightful! Since my sister's name is Vivian, I read your profile. My brother's name is Larry! Is there a Beckie or Rebecca in the family? Just a bit funny.

What beautiful fabrics! I would love to win your Valentine runner. Please enter me. Your blog template is so pretty too. We're got 28.5 inches of snow here in SE PA and another 5 to 8 inches coming this afternoon and then another 5 to 8 inches tomorrow. We have LOTS of snow. We just got home from Walt Disney World yesterday afternoon and hubby is out snow blowing the drive. Boy, did DC and Baltimore have the snow too! They had snow and ice bumps in the middle lanes of I-95 which slowed traffic way down - normally one only see this type of build up on little used side roads.

I love handmade quilts, and I have ones handed down that were stitched by my great-grandmother, my grandmother, and my husband's grandmother, and his mom. I've never seen a Valentine's themed quilt before, but the hanging is so precious! count me in to the drawing, too, pleaase!

Gigharborscrapper,

I do not have an etsy shop at this time, but I am considering it. It probably won't be until summer though when I have summer break. Keep checking back with me.
